Millwork Expertise With One Point of Accountability.

LKC Constructions Inc is a full-service project delivery company focused on custom millwork. We provide design and engineering, project management, and related metal and stone work for commercial and residential projects.

Our clients contract with LKC for the agreed scope. We assemble and manage the specialized resources needed to execute the work, with responsibility for moving the project from its current stage to completion.

Built Around What the Client Needs Delivered.

A successful interior project depends on many connected decisions. A detail developed during design influences fabrication. Material selection affects dimensions and finishing. Production has to reflect the conditions where each component will be installed. When those stages are handled in isolation, small gaps can become expensive problems.

LKC was structured to manage the full picture. Our primary specialty is millwork, supported by the project services and related trades needed to deliver a complete scope. Rather than treating drawings, production, and installation as separate conversations, we bring them together under one responsible company.

That is particularly valuable when a project combines architectural millwork with metal work or stone work, or when work must fit an existing commercial or residential environment.

How We Operate
Direct Contracting. Specialist Production.

LKC does not own or operate a manufacturing workshop. We hire and manage subcontractors with the capabilities required for each project. The client signs with LKC for the contracted work, while LKC manages the relevant trades and production partners.

This model gives a project access to specialized execution without requiring the client to separately organize every fabricator and installer. The work still needs defined drawings, confirmed responsibilities, decisions, inspections where applicable, and a coordinated delivery plan. Those are part of how we manage our commitments.

Our Services
One Scope Can Bring Several Disciplines Together.

Our services include custom millwork, design and engineering, project management, manufacturing and production management, owner’s representation, metal work, and stone work. Installation and completion are addressed within the project delivery scope as applicable.

Some clients already have drawings and need the work produced and installed. Others need design development, engineering input, or planning before fabrication begins. We define the role LKC will perform in each engagement rather than assuming every project follows exactly the same route.

Project Type
Commercial and Residential Work.

Our stated project sectors include retail, restaurants, offices, displays, and remodeling, alongside residential projects. The requirements change from one environment to another: a retail space supports merchandising, a restaurant must function around daily service, and residential millwork needs to suit the people and space it is built for.

We focus on the agreed use, finish, dimensions, and site conditions so the final work serves the project—not just the drawing.

Our Commitment
Practical Planning. Clear Ownership. Finished Work.

We start by understanding what needs to be built. We identify what design and engineering is needed, establish the production approach, manage the specialist subcontractors, and coordinate the work through installation and final review.

We avoid promising identical outcomes for every project. Instead, we commit to a defined scope, clear communication, and accountable management of the work LKC is contracted to deliver.

A Clear Role at Every Stage.

Clients may engage LKC before a design has been finalized, once a complete drawing package is ready, or while a current project needs additional management. The starting point changes, but the first requirement stays the same: define what LKC is being asked to deliver. That includes identifying who supplies existing designs, who will approve technical information and finishes, what production activities are required, and what site conditions must be addressed before installation.

When LKC provides design and engineering support, the work is tied to the practical requirements of the materials and the space. When a client brings completed plans, our attention shifts toward reviewing what is needed to price, coordinate, produce, and install the approved scope. If a package includes custom millwork alongside metal or stone, we pay attention to the interfaces between those elements rather than handling each material as a disconnected order.

Why Our Delivery Model Matters.

Working with specialist subcontractors is part of LKC’s operating model, not something hidden behind our service descriptions. The exact mix of disciplines can change with the project. LKC contracts with its client, brings the necessary project resources into the work, and manages their responsibilities within the agreed scope. This lets a client discuss the completed outcome with one contracting company rather than separately arranging each supplier or fabricator.

Responsibility still depends on a clear agreement. Project requirements, decision deadlines, proposed materials, site access, approvals, and completion criteria should be discussed before work proceeds. Our role is to turn those moving parts into a practical delivery process while remaining accurate about what is included and what requires a specialist.

The Types of Questions We Resolve.

For millwork, we ask whether dimensions and interfaces are ready for production, whether finishes and hardware requirements are defined, and how pieces will reach their final locations. For metal, we review how fabricated items connect to the approved design and to adjacent materials. For stone, we consider the required measurements, handling, finishes, and installation sequencing. Across each discipline, the discussion leads back to a common question: what must be decided now so that the work can be completed in the intended space?

LKC approaches these questions as a project delivery company with millwork at its center. The goal is not to offer every possible construction service; it is to perform the contracted work and the related professional and management functions needed to see it through.
